Student Manager & Designated Safeguarding Lead

Phil has over 30 years experience working with children and young people in various settings including Early years, mainstream secondary schools and specialist provisions. Phil is ELSA trained, a qualified DSL, Paediatric first aid qualified, diabetic trained and has an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Early Years education as well as being a Director of K N & P.
Natalie Bourne
Pastoral Manager & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

Natalie is a director of K N & P, with over 7 years experience working with children, young people and adults with special educational needs. Natalie has worked in a variety of settings, including mainstream primary schools, resource bases, specialist settings and as an off site mentor.
Natalie is a qualified Thrive practitioner, DSL and holds a Paediatric first aid qualification as well as being diabetic trained.
Kayley
Butler

Kayley is also a Director at K N & P, with over 11 years experience supporting children, young people and adults with special, educational needs. Kayley has worked in a variety of settings including mainstream Primary and Secondary schools, specialist settings and as an off site mentor.
Kayley is a qualified HLTA, holds a Diploma in Childcare and Early years education as well as being DSL qualified, Paediatric first aid qualified and Diabetic trained.
